I have been living here for some time and let me tell you this place is a wreck.

Firstly I was given a notice of eviction my first 2 weeks there because my rent money order was 13 dollars short. There ------ ways of doing business is sickening.

As for the maintenance there is none. I have requested that they fix the upstairs balcony so that it is safe for me to hang out side without the worries if falling. The fix was for them to rip of the piece of rotted wood and throw it in my back yard. And then for a plug upstairs to be broken still after I wrote it on my move in sheet. The plug is unsafe and I wont use it. The ac has been broke for about 3 weeks now. I have asked them on 4 different occasions to fix it. The maintenance folks came to my place and told my girlfriend that the ac was fine and that I just needed to lower the temp. Now I am not rocket scientist but if the ac is at 70 and the temp is still 80 inside the apartment there is no reason for me to turn it down to 65 in hopes of making my electric bill any lower.

As for the apartment folks in the office I have to say are incredibly rude. The manager on the other hand is quite personable and willing to go out of her way to help. Sadly the people she employs do what they want when they want.

Each apartment is given two spaces for parking. I almost all the time have someone in one of my parking spaces. When I called the office I was told that they don't tow vehicles that they are told to find the owner of the vehicle and go from there. A recent experince I asked a young lady who was carrying a child not to park in my spaces. She rudely replied for me to mind my own buisness. These are the type of people that breed in this place.
