Poorly run and lacking

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
 
Maintenance was responsive but slow in fixing problems. I went one and a half months with completely soaked carpets in hallway and closet waiting for them to repair water pipes damaged by rodents. Front office never returned calls. Pools(2) were closed for repair one entire summer that i lived there.
