I lived in this complex some time ago for a little over five years. During that time, I did not have too many problems to speak of. I lived in a small 1/1 floorplan, but there was a large patio with W/D connections that was great.





The only complaints I could have was there was once a young college student living above me that was usually very noisy. I complained a few times and the issue was unresolved.





The same student from above caused a plumbing back up one afternoon. I came home to find several people moving things around in my apartment to be able to soak all the water out of my entire apartment! While the problem was tended to promptly, the management never inquired about a thing and I did loose some personal items due to water damage.





I did use the pool every so often and rented the party room once. No problems.





I recall, since I lived in the very back of the complex, other residents had problems with cars being stolen or broken into although I did not ever have any trouble the entire time I lived there.





There were a couple of times, however, that there were apparent drug dealers living across from me. Late night party girls coming by and once the DEA actually busted in on one guy. Those particular folks were not home much, so I did not pay too much attention. It may concern others, though.





Overall I did enjoy my stay there.
