CANNOT WAIT FOR LEASE TO BE OVER From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/11/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   I LIVE AT PARK HILL APTS NOW AND TO TELL THE TRUTH IT IS A PLACE WHERE MOST TIMES THE HOT WATER DOES NOT WORK FOR NO MORE THAN 3 MINS IN THE SHOWER AND THEN GO COLD. THE RENT IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE SIZE WHEN OTHER APARTMENTS IN THE AREA ARE BIGGER AND LESS MONEY I HAVE BEEN HERE ALMOST 1 YEAR AND THEY DID PAINTING ON THE APARTMENTS SO I KNOW THEY TRY TO RAISE RENT AND I DO NOT THINK THEY SHOULD RAISE RENT FOR PEOPLE TO STAY BUT AFTER RENEW RENT GO DOWN BUT IT WON'T AND THEN MAINTENANCE YOU HAVE TO CALL MORE THAN ONE TIME TO COME THEN COME AND NOT FIX RIGHT HAVE TO COME BACK OVER AND OVER BAD PLACE DO NOT LIVE HERE UNHAPPY TENANT CANNNOT WAIT FOR LEASE TO BE OVER
