The staff is rude, the apartment is full of pest, the carpet dirty, after signing the lease, just after 15 days when we complained that the carpet is dirty, the management staff said now the lease is signed we will not do anything, no carpet shampoo for you now. actually we weren't there for the 15 days as were moving in from another state, so only after moving in did we realise that carpet is smelly and dirty, but nothing is done. The rain water comes in and then the carpet gets wet and then I think worms breed in it, since whenever you sit on the carpet you get bit and start feeling itchy and keep scraching. Rain water gets collected for 15 days after the rain has stopped and is like a breeding ground for mosquitoes, reported this to management but they said they cannot do anything, and we should take a broom and clean up the patio ourselves, it's a structural defect and we are stuck with the apartment.
