I hve been living here since October 2005. At the time of starting the stay...the maintenance was pretty good...eventhough we had to put fresh reqest for maintenance atleast once in two weeks..such a nice condition to the furniture and the apartment. The stay becomes hecticon rainy seasons. It is safe to sit inside the home after opening the umbrells. Still,take care..at any time water fountains will be built piercing the carpet....so amazing....and unbearable smell thereafter coming from wet carpets...nothing will be done to clear the smell out other than spraying on the carpet. It makes things worser...you can simply imagine....
before three months, there was a survey regarding with the apartment rating. Until that, I believe the maintanance was comparatively okay. thereafter the management and residents are playing hide and seek.......
A new rule is there now. Especially if you are staying with your spouce and a plan to concieve, the management will start to count down and within days they will knock you door with a notice which describes very well abt the month of your/ your spouce's delivery date and the date at which you have to move out to a double bed room(obviously, a double bed room apt at Park hill only. NO stress..no strain..they will find an apt and mention the no. too).
Nowadays..things are in their worst condition...I don't understand what happened to the management and maintainance....
