I have lived here at for a long time. The office staff has always been so kind to me. Any maintenance issues have always been taken care of promptly. I love the activities that they have for us at least once a month. The new manager, Mona has done a good job at keeping the other tenants happy. You cannot always make one particular person happy. For people to say that it is a bad place to live is a joke. They got re-painted, added more activites, they even have a pool party in the summer and so many people join the fun. I'm sure those ones that say bad things enjoy the activites to. I have so many times the residents being mean to the office ladies. I went to the office to pay my rent some few months back and there were 2 tenants arguing with the manager. Mona was very calm and asked them to take a seat in her office. They refused and made a big scene. Mona was very professional in handling thier problem. I love Park Hill and I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work.
