I moved in this terrible apartment in Jun 2006. This apartment is infested with roaches and I would request all of you out there who may fornutanely be reading this review to please not move into this hell-hole!!!
Seriously, the first day we moved in there were so many roaches in the apartment. I had to purchase all kind of roach killers to tackle this problem. I also told the leasing office about this problem several times but it fell on deaf ears. :-(
So enough was enough and I moved out quickly...!!!
PLEASE DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE OF MOVING INTO THIS ROACH INFESTED APARTMENT...

I have lived on the property for 9 months, in 2 seperate apartments in different buildings. I only had a roach once, and that was due to the fact that my former roommate left food out for 3 days without covering it or cleaning it up. I did notice roaches near another building and the thought that crossed my mind was that the sanitation habits of the people who live there must not be very good. The management can perform pest control (which they do regularly), but if your neighbors do not change their habits, they are bound to attract roaches all over again. And given that this is Texas, there is always a ready supply just outside your door.
