I'm very disappointed with park Hill. The manager is unfriendly, unapproachable, insensitive, prejudice, and invisible. These apartments are costly and not worth the amount we are paying right now. Each and every apartment has Bed Bugs complaint and community manager barely listens to your complaints. They collect ridiculous amount of money for water bills even if you don't use water for a month. I can say this is the worst ever apartment I have seen. Please stay out of this community.
