I moved into this apartment in jan'2007. Even though I knew the location wasnt the safest, distance to my work location dragged me here.

One fine day, My problems started immediately with Air Conditioning equipment started leaking in. Immediately, I called the apartment office and they said they will have a look at it. But, didnt come for four days. Water poured like anything for four days till they come.

I am stayed in a single bedroom apartment and the Water bill was $45-50 every month. It is ridiculous and 3-4 times that of the apartments charge in this area.

Bed Bugs, roaches and insects are the common problems here and my wife suffered it for three months. Finally we ended up in hospital. When I complained, their reply was that they will observe it for one more month and see (If we are alive after 1 month, they will see)

Safety & Frequent thefts are the major issues for the community here. We never felt safe outside/inside my apartment. Many of my friends lost their laptops here (Most of the community lives here is IT professionals working in USAA)Many cars were broken to get the GPS, MP3 players and other stuff during nights.

Roads are full of bumps and least maintained apartment I can say.

One evening, I had to call the police because two men were smoking marijuana and urinating on a wall outside my apartment. There were constantly men outside drinking alcohol and loudly playing music. The parking lot was always filled with trash and glass.

Management is the most irresponsible I can say. They wont care whatever happens to you and are least bothered about the community. They impose unnecessary fines on the community.
