The management here are ok, not great. It takes forever to get the maintenane to fix/do anything. I have been here for almost 6 months and it was the worst decision of my life. There have been numerous robberies that the office is aware of, yet have done nothing about, nor have they made any effort to inform the residents about these incedences. They seem completely unconcerned. I know of atleast 4 different people that have been robbed and car break ins (including broken windows), etc etc. ($10,000 worth of items at one time). Nothing has been done to inform or prevent things like this from happening in the future. There is a very nice and helpful courtesy officer that lives on premises, but unfortunately works at night, which isn't really helpful when situations like this do occur. The office has been informed about many of these issues, and were even asked if the tenant would be allowed to break the lease, in fear for his/her own personal safety, and were denied!! The management would not even allow a change of apartment. When the cops have been involved, they repeatedly have said that these were all most likely inside jobs!!!!!

I am a representative of the management company and wish to address your concerns. You will be happy to know that we have just hired a new property Manager who is terrific! She will be more than happy to address any concerns that you may have and will act swiftly. We have also made some other staff changes as well in an effort to be able to provide you with excellent service. We will also be completing a number of improvements to the property including the building of a new FITNESS CENTER, some apartments will be completely renovated and many other improvements as well. I am apartment hunting and saw this response. First response from ANY management company on ANY bad review I've seen and I've read dozens so far on many properties. Bravo BecauseWeCare, I may just pay the property a visit! But mind you, I am still very wary. Hope you follow through!

Fitness center? Where is it, BecauseWeCare, you POS LIAR? This place is a dump; the manager is a douchebag-in-a-half and liar, or maybe I'm talking about the assistant manager and not the red-headed slag that stays hidden in the back room; I've sent several requests to have things fixed but maintenance is apparently on a 6 month siesta; I've had bugs and roaches come inside my apartment; the bathtub and bedroom sink have paint peeling off and rust forming, and I informed them of it and they told me there was nothing they could do about it; and they place didn't come with smoke detectors, ffs!
