This has got to be cutting it close to be the worst apartment in the world. My 7 months here has been a nightmare that would have been better off spent in the streets. If there is any such thing as an apartment governing body, they need to take a serious look at this place. This is close to getting shut down.

1. The rudest management staff
2. Unclean / Unhygienic apartments - Tons of roaches, bed bugs and what not
3. Maintenance, if there is any such thing, is the worst and takes for ever to "take care" of your apartment
4. Heard about a lot of robberies from friends and neighbors


BOTTOM LINE - DO NOT MOVE IN AT ANY COST. THIS PLACE IS HELL ON EARTH.

Your response is appreciated. But I don't believe that it should take a posting like this to elicit a response to my issues. They should have been handled at least during one of the million times that I complained at the office. I've had complaints pretty much from Day 1 of move in with things breaking up or not working with issues remaining open for months together. I'm into my final 4-5 weeks of my stay here and would rather endure this hell than deal with the unhelpful folks at the office anymore. Enough is just enough for me with Park Hill.

My roommate and I are having the same issues! Bed bugs among other things, we can't handle it. Not only that the other employees have lied to us about whether or not the manager is in! Also we had to pull teeth to get a copy of our lease. Its only been 3 months but we should not have to live in conditions like this! We are both so sick and have bites all over us! These people should not be in business, not to mention besides the bugs they told us before we signed the lease there would be hardwood floors, then when we got our keys and it was all said and done they were like "um yeah no that apartment doesn't have wood flooring." People should not be allowed to do this!
