Don't believe in Leasing Staff and Manager at Park Hill Apartements. They are worst leasing Staff i have ever seen. I had gone to rent a apartment, they have given me the rent details and i was ok with the rent submitted my application along with the move in check. Since the apartment was not ready.. i had to extend my current place on month to month basis. I did contact them personally time and again to check when its getting ready. They said it will be ready on 1st May come and get keys so i have packed everything, and took time off from work for move but you don't believe what they did.. when i reached there to take keys.. they said you have to pay another $100 extra for each month. The rent they are asking is way more than worth the place. If i had to pay that rent they are couple of communities nearby to them which are worth to which i would have moved . they have cheated me!!!! I have the signed documents for move in signed by manager and myself.. They have cashed my check.. even without letting me know that they are going to ask me $100 extra for each month.

I am a representative of the management company and am terribly sorry to hear of the confusion of the rental amount. We would be more than happy to offer you another apartment at the rent you were originally quoted. Please call the leasing office, and ask for Karen. We will do our best to remedy the situation.

I don't know why it was a confusion. when more than one leasing staff over a period of 2 months has given me around the same rent for the apartment which i have asked for. I extend my stay at my previous apartment on month-to-month paying extra just to move in after the work is completed. I have visited them personally atlest 5 times after giving my application. They never mention anything about that until i asked for the keys. If they would have notified me earlier i would not have any problem. Again depositing the check without letting me know of the rent was also a big mistake. I had to take off from work for move in, had done packiing, cleaning which really frustrated me. for your records before 2 years i was a park hill resident for 5 years. Thanks for your offer but i already leased elsewhere. I will not think of moving to park hill until those two(manager who signed my application and leasing staff member who was adamnt to listen) are in the leasing office.
