been a tenant for 4 yrs and many changes have occured. 1 year ago complex sold and now run under new management. it is in infinacy stages of learning and growing. i have had issues/concerns with the new management but with patiance and understanding the issues have been resolved. on a bad note, the complex has gone thru many turn-overs on maint. and staff. just recently, i was on a walk around complex, saw a tenant BBQing, informed office, they sent a maint staffer to inform tenant it is a violation in lease and city ordinance. when i resumed my walk i caught maint staffer eating with tenant and BBQing still cont. and the tenant proceeded to provoke me while the maint. staffer left quickly. overall, my interaction with the staff has been good and very pleasan. they have proven most helpful and knowledgable. i have really no complaints about the complex. they are trying and thru trial and error, they should prevail.

This gentleman is out of his mind. He does not know how to differentiate 10.5 ft clearance. This guy makes many false acusations and lies to people stating concern due to living in the same building. When in actuality he lives in a building much further away and chooses to confront and complain about people for no reason. I guess the older a man can get the more of a child he can become. My opinion of this management and maintanence crew is really high. They are always very proffesional and propt to taking care of matters at hand. True most are new but in the infancy stage. They continue to make life in these apartments much better. I would give full remarks to anyone who chose to live here.
