I have visited this property for some time now, due to having a friend that has lived there for a long period of time now. I can't speak too much for the entirety, but i do know that they have recently had a change in management. As of this time my friend has spoken highly of this change saying that alot of changes are taking place, and that when she goes in the office they treat her just fine. I have accompanied her recently and do have to appreciate the staff's kindness and new managers hand on action. Who knows maybe someone just had one bad apple. But it takes the community to make a difference as well. as to what goes on when the staff leaves, i will say if anything it's funny how when something does happen everyone fails to complain and be a witness, so then what is there to complain about when we ourselves don't Help make a differance. Get it together we have many other things going on in our economy get off the negativity and look for the best in what we have.

Obviously we should get off the negativity and well I'm sorry but it starts at home, and how can someone be positive when things that get broken are not fixed by the ones that should fix them?
I've been meaning to update my entry because we've just had a leak coming from the bathroom and water was seeping into the walk-in closet of the room that my sister and I share and when my father called about it, maintenance came the next day, so the carpet was starting to smell even though we were trying to dry it with a fan, only for them to come and plug in a heavy duty fan to dry the carpet...which I know they won't pay for the electric bill, and not check out the fact that hey...the water is coming from somewhere, the carpet didn't just miraculously get wet. Now 4 days after the fact, we're still waiting for some carpet cleaning company to come and shampoo the carpet even though it already smells and is probably growing some mold...>_>
The management may have changed but we're still getting the same results.
So please do not get on me for complaining, I do not have time to do so, I am just giving people advice to know what they are getting themselves into.
To others that live in these apartments: Is everyone else's water heater not working right when they need it, yet when maintenance comes to fix it, the water is mysteriously hot again????

No it's more like if your unsatisfied then you should have thought about that when you passed up the complex that rents at 900 for a 2 and 3 bedroom. and at that it will not be guaranteed great service. And to each his own because im sure your aware that fixing things and improvements cost money and when half of the people complaining don't pay rent its kind of hard to accomplish these repairs. And im' also sure that you know as us living here it is not a very small property. So for the economy now i dont think we can afford to lose what we have. And its also called change of staff may mean in some short time we will see the difference. So noone is getting on you each can speak their own mind....... That is why its titled YOUR THOUGHTS! Have a great day! Cheers

oh please my friend still lives there and hoping to be getting out in march am sure he cant wait. but as ive heard things are a tid bit better since i left but i still can say that the mangagement and community need help from the property owner to get the funds to repair and provide the proper quality these residents deserved living at the park on bandera. You only observe what you see. Its living there and dealing with the property issues for failure to repair.
