We just moved back to the area, and from what I remembered from these apartments in the 80s, they seemed to be pretty nice. NOT ANYMORE. I am so glad we looked around the complex before signing a lease.

First of all, as I was checking everything out around the complex, my 2 yr old daughter and I were bombarded with extrememly loud music coming out of one apartment and a guy singing along with the song. This song has words in it I would NEVER want my daughter to hear even when she is older. Maintenance was there too, and instead of doing anything (there were little kids at the playground right next to this), they bobbed their heads along.

Next we looked at the playground. Any parent who would allow their child to play in there is out of their mind. There are missing steps on the ladder and splinters sticking out all over the wood. The pool is not much better and is big enough to have about 3 people in there max. There is trash overflowing in every dumpster, and the entire complex is poorly maintained. If you need a place in SA, PLEASE do not choose this one.
