Its absolutly aweful, the residence who live there are in lamer terms ghetto. They even changed school boundry so kids from that community dont go to wood stone.. wich i might add is the best in N.E San Antonio. im beginning to think that a large portion of the residents are on housing or section 8 wow now that lowers property value in half in the surrounding area ... get it together, and be selective.

The property does take section 8 housing. I'm glad that I'm not the only one that can notice the difference between a section 8 community and a non section 8 community!

THE COMMUNITY HAS MOSTLY ALL SECTION 8 EXCEPT FOR A FEW UNITS. I HATE IT HERE.
