Okay that alone should tell you this place has got to be the worse of worse. I feel so bad for normal people moving from out of state. Think they are getting a good price and the pics look good. Holy crap you actually walk on the grounds and you are gripping your purse in fear one of those little thugs are going to snatch it! I veiwed the property and left laughing. Thought only a desperate or sec 8 person would live there. I was blessed my looking a few apartments down and found Creeks Crossing. THANK YOU GOD! If you are really curious about this apartment and do not want to listen to what me and others say, just go to www.mysa.com and look at the crime section. Put in the apartments physical address and get yourself some pop corn.

It is wrong for you to make judgements about section 8 people. Not everyone is a want to be thug. I think I make a pretty good living being on the section 8 program and working for my 4 children. The fact that these aprtments you claim are bad has nothing to do with section 8 people. It is the owners fault things are the way they are there in that complex. I am on section 8 and for the mere fact that I have kids,, I'd rather live in a safe neighborhood here on the northwest side of town. I will not settle for anything less. My kids don't deserve to be around that and neither do I. So try not to be so judgemental. But you do get what you pay for. Maybe since you make alot of money you should be looking for a house! instead of an apartment you claim only section 8 people are desperate enough to get into. And given a little time since section 8 guarantees the rent getting paid creeks crossing may later decide to accept it. Instead of putting up with regular people who like to be late on their rent. Did you ever concider a compass. Last I checked this was the North East side of town. And yes, I beleive these apartments are crappy because of section 8. Take a look at Kenton or Creeks Crossings. They don't have a 0% recommendation. I was deceived when moving from out of state. Just giving NORMAL people a heads up if infact they are victims of deception when moving to San Antonio. Some don't have the privelage of veiwing the property in person before they move ti SA. In all reality, NE is supose to be a safer part of town. However it is a proven fact that when you throw in section 8 housing in a nice neighborhood, it brings the value of the surrounding area down. Yes you do get what you pay for. I just feel bad for those who actually pay rent in a community like that w/o state assistance. Again look at the crime on mysa.com. Proves my point.Park Place is a crack house haven!

to the person that is so judgemental. the bible says judge yea not. I agree with the perosn who told you you should be looking for a home purchase not an apartment since you are so high on the socio-economic ladder. How would you know what ghetto is o.....unless you are familiar with these places.
