THIS PLACE IS VERY BAD. LIKE ONE PERSON SAID BEFORE THAT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT TAKE PEOPLE SERIOUSLY. THEY FALL BEHIND ON WORK ORDERS AND EVEN THE MAINTENANCE GUYS WORKING THERE END UP LEAVING BECAUSE THE BAD CONDITIONS OF LIVING. WE HAD A VERY BAD EXPIERENCE AND WE WANT TO BREAK OUR CONTRACT. MY ONLY SUGGESTION IF YOU DO DESIDE TO LIVE HERE IS ALWAYS WRITE DOWN YOUR WORK ORDERS AND DON'T PHONE THEM IN. KEEP COPIES IF POSSIBLE CERTIFIED THEM DON'T WALK THEM UP OR HAND THEM IN.
