Living here for the last year and a half we have noticed a lot of things wrong with this complex. Yes people mentioned before the apartment staff has no idea what is going on in the complex. For example people selling drugs in the parking lot, abandoned garbage and furniture laying around. The pool has not been able to be used at all either summer we lived there, water was always green with trash floating in it. Repairs needed, our AC unit runs almost 24 hours a day trying to keep the apartment cooled and thats not saying much. The apartment never is cooled you will sit in your own sweat all the time without any effort. In the AC there were exposed wires all over. The floor has parts that dip down and I am sure people below can hear it every time we walk over it. The complex itself would not be bad with some repairs and a little more screening on their applicants. My family and friends did not like coming over to visit because they were afraid their car might get broken into if they left it out there too long.
