Management here sucks! My wife and I moved in and the apartment was dirty, we were not happy with that and let management know of our dislike of the apartment. They would not cleaned the apartment, we had already paid the movers, and the deposit for the apartment and gave noticed to vacate from the other apartment, so we were stuck with the move. However, after I moved in I used there words in the contract, gave written notice of problems and told them they have five days to fix it. if not I will fix it and deduct it from the rent, they move pretty quickly. I had problem with no screens went to complain, I had screens the next day.
My wife and I are constantly calling and trying to get time and dates when work will start. We do not care how upset they get it there job, I just call downtown and complain to them.
Problems with other tenants, I don't that problem. I believe this complex is a working complex meaning I believe the majority of the people that live here has a job or two.
