My family and I had to move here on a quick military move and the management has been taking advantage of us ever since. They did not clean the place before we moved in and lied about it. We found rotten food, roaches, ants, fleas, bug traps, poison on the floor, stove covered in grease, even items from the prior tenants. My childrens feet were black after walking in this place for an hour. We have been here for a month and the manager has still not stepped foot in this place or even called us once. We are still waiting to have safety items fixed. We are not even completely unpacked because we have spent all our time cleaning and repairing. The playground should be condemned and the average speed in the parking lot is 30mph. We have given the manager several chances to make things right but she won't show up or call and acts like we are bothering her. Please don't make the same mistake we did. We had to find out from the cable man that this place has been recently bought out and is now low income housing.

I have lived here for a year only because it is all that I can afford right now. It is a huge 3 bedroom which we ourselves had to clean and scrub when we moved it. I think our apt. is probably the only decent looking one in this place. This is a filthy ghetto apartment complex, covered in trash. It's weird becuase the surrouding area is nice, but once you enter, you're in the ghetto. The people are filthy and the maitanance sucks!! they don't fix things until 3 months later after you keep begging and begging them.
