Ghetto Rip-off!!!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/11/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007 2 responses   I had family members who lived here a few years ago and I was so worried about their safety! That silicone idiot, Jennifer (no longer working there) was letting anyone rent apts including her then-boyfriend who used to smack her around in the same building. We could hear them fighting when I came over and saw her leave her own apt afterwards all bruised up!!!! There were young girls in the pool area with older boys and men at all hours and loud music was to be heard as well. The summer brought about car crimes including my broken window in BROAD DAYLIGHT!!! The maintenance staff would enter their apt for no reason and wouldn't fix a damn thing. They were told of a fire that happened in '98 just days after Christmas that was started by rival gang members (check the ExpressNews for the story and pic). Thank the Lord above that I helped them move into a house last year. They were charged for not giving 60 days notice although they couldn't find where that was stated in the rental agreement. They found out that they are not the only ones and the management are threating credit ratings across the board! DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO BUY A HOUSE SOON!! YOU WILL BE CAUGHT IN A MONEY SCANDAL THAT WILL KEEP YOU IN A RENTAL LOOP FOR A LONG TIME!!
