I lived there for one year thank goodness, cops always comming to the apts for one reason or another and mgmt claims they did not know of any crimes. bull%$#%@
I was never late on rent or water or utilities. when I moved out I had the carpets steam cleaned and asked the mgmt if there was anything else I needed to do before I left, they said simply leave the keys.Three months later I get a call from a collection agency that I owe $152.00 no problem I will pay it,my point is why did they not contact me I left a new a address to forward.simply put un-profesional mgmt.
oh almost forgot the dishwasher was always under repair or waiting for parts,not kidding for the whole year.A hooker lived below me even offered me a favor for the months rent. ghetto ghetto ghetto
