when move in they give the apartment in a bad conditions they old there fore electricity is very expensive , also took them to fix anything around 3 weeks sucks but can always suck more when finnaly move out of that night mare they want to chatge for the horroble apts and their horrible matnance always to every body they charge around 300 box after u move out that is that the manager dont know anything of customer service poor relations with every one and police are there 24/7 finding vandalisim and damaghe to property is a bad very bad place to live at so don even think about it insecure and bad
