Unfortunantley, we've been here way too long. This place is falling apart. Their idea of fixing things around here is patch it and paint over it. About the only good thing about this is it is really cheap. But if you get nieghbors who are nothing but bullies, good luck. Rent seems to go up ever year, but no upgrading.
