From: bluava Date posted: 7/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001 1 response   I lived at Park Place years ago and it was a cool place to live.My roomate and I never had any problems.The office staff was great. But,There were some "ghetto" people around that would drink outside and hang out.My neighbors were a lil "out there" and there was a man that was murdered in his apartment though.The staff notified the residents that a body had been discovered in a apt and we later heard that he was sopposedly shot'But no one ever bothered my friend and I as we kept to oursleves.We had an apartment locator help us with finding this apartment and he basically said that it was a "nice ghetto place" since at the time we were young and we couldn't afford something a lil more better.So there you go!
