My brother and I shared a 2 bed 2 bath apt here, and the whole experience was horrible. If you do look at these apt.s please play attention to where it is, because our apt was right next to the I10 access road, and it was all we could hear. The rent is very low, and the quality of ppl that rent here are the same.
The maintenance and management are horrible. My brother had noticed a leak in his master bathroom, and had reported it several times. Maintenenance came by, but basically said we didn't know what we were talking about. Finally, one morning my brother woke up to the horrible smell of our upstairs' neighbors waste that had fallen through the floor. He reported it to the office, but they never would come by to clean it up. He had to clean it up himself. Finally we complained enough, and they came by to tile up his ceiling.
I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. It's cheap, but not worth it.
