Never again will i sacrifice quality of living for cheaper rental rates. This complex was disgusting. We constantly had bug and rodent problems, (that were only fixed when threatened with law suits for ignoring certified letters requesting action)matinence was practically non-exsistant, (i had a leak in my masterbed room bath for almost five months before they "attempted" to fix it. their solution, "just dont flush the toilet") horrible parking, (located right off of ten with a club down the street and several bars around making it a target for drunks especcially on the weekends) and tons of breakins. (my car twice, my neighbors apartment once)The staff is always kind and curteous but smiling faces of a staff that isnt gonna do anything about a non working air conditioner in the texas heat is worthless. id rather deal with a scowl and know that all my ---- works and wont be broken into. rent at your own risk.
