These apartments try to get more money from you any way they can. if a window blind was moved slightly - they would charge you $25 to replace it. pest control' you would think would be a cost of maintaining the complex but not here - pest control gets added to your rent. make sure to tell anyone coming to your apartment that even when the exit gate is broken (which is all the time) it is still an exit gate, not an entrance - for any resident or guest using the exit gate as an entrance $50 per entrance to the resident. and believe me, they'll know what guest visits what apartment. one of the maintenance guys' son is the "hired investigator". believe it or not, this boy will hide around corners of buildings, behind bushes and trees, anywhere to get a better and closer look to report back to his dad. if privacy is what you're looking for, don't move here! you'll be watched like a hawk and charged up the a$$!
not to mention, michelle in the office is a chismosa! if somehow you made her mad, just give her the latest chisme about one of the residents or the latest drama in your life and she'll be your best friend.
