Horrible, even for a first-time renter

I had to call maintenance the first two days I moved in. I left a can of soda on the counter after unpacking all day and went to bed. The next day there was a swarm of ants all over the kitchen. Calling the pest guy didn't help the next seven times I had to call him. I swear to you he was spraying sugar water instead of pest spray. I had to threaten the office with calling an outside pest company before the problem was finally fixed. The management staff will squeeze your wallet!!! $25 for a broken blind, $50 for a cabinet door hinge, and my bathroom door had a hole in it from the previous renters. I am seriously on the verge of reporting them to the authorities if I knew how to contact them. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! My car was broken into and the guy next door always hit my car with his door because the space to park too small, and I own a compact.
