can you say lawsuit' i am still trying to get a call back from the manager regarding an issue that was supposedly settled two years ago. Now after two weeks of the manager (THE PROPERTY MANAGER) ducking my calls and giving me the run around i think i am going to sue them. It isn't worth the price. It is low for a very good reason. Don't expect to leave the complex without getting charged fees upon fees for something ridiculous and stupid. This complex tries to screw you when you move out so don't go here unless you plan on staying forever.

this apartment complex is a rip off, they charge out rages fee for the water, i am calling the attorney general to complain about the water bill, they will win you over with outstanding customer service, but then they got you i am still currently living there and trying to get out due to the outrageous water bill but they are threaten me with breaking my lease, i have had it with this complex, i have lived here for almost three years and now these son of guns are threating me with prices up the butt, i don't think so, they are a joke, i will tell everyone do not move here and if you do you have to leave as soon as your lease is up and do not expect to get a deposit back, you can hang that ---- up
