I have lived at the vod for one year. I can't really say to much about management because they were always changing. The agent who assisted with signing our lease was fired and after that we saw about twenty more agents come and go. My fiancee and I called several times for maintenance issues. Our tub was flooded when we first moved in, we had no screens for the windows, we had a leak in our kitchen sink, and our air conditioner did not work. This was all with in the first month of moving in. It took about three phone calls before anything would get fixed. After a year of living their, we finally got our screens, and we still have some issues with the kitchen sink. Parking is a disaster. We had several visitors and residents take our assigned parking spot. Their isn't enough parking for vistors and residents with more than one car. We heard from a maintanence crew that a women was assaulted at this complex. The management did not want to send fliers because they felt this would scare the residents. The vod seems like a great place to live at, but their are a lot of issues to deal with. Even though the area is nice and it's quiet, I would not recommend living here.
