Staff changes From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have lived here for more than 3 years and must say that it has been hell. I noticed a change and things began improve for about 3 months when they hired a new Manager (Nobie Ann) back in March 2005. The pools were finally attended to and we began having our resident brunches on saturdays again, she seemed to really care. Unfortunatly, she is no longer here...not much of a surprise though, since the staff seems to change with the season. Since the new manager has started things have gone down hill once again, my lease is up in Feb. 06 and I will be moving. The gates never work and it takes an act of congress to have a simple a/c filter changed around here. Beware of any MBS property because after doing research it seems any property bought by this company is run into the ground within six months.
