This was my first apartment out on my own and I was there 13 months. It was horrible, sure it was beautiful, the area , the apartment and everything but the management was horrible. The whole year I lived there none of my maintenance got done I must have put in 20 work orders and still nothing. The gates remained open the whole time even though I swear paying like an extra hundred for it being a gated community, my adt alarm was supposed to be turned on when I moved in and that of course was never fixed as well. Everytime I would go for questions or concerns the management would act like I was talking in a foreign language, they didn't understand anything and didn't know how to do anything. They were like chickens with their heads cut off. They even lost my file and didn't even know I was getting ready to move out. It was extremely unprofessional and definitely not worth the money I was paying every month. This poorly managed apartments makes me want to move back in with my parents and believe me that wasn't exactly a dream either. So, thanks Villages of crapfield for the wonderful first experience :(
