From: dontmovetoVOD Date posted: 7/12/2006 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006   I've lived here for 5 years. When I first moved here, it was great. Staff was friendly and helpful and maintenance did a great job quickly fixing things. Since MBS took over I have found the staff to be extremely rude and unwilling to take care of the current residents. I have had 3 major maintenance emergencies, all of which took over 24 hours for anyone to respond. I now have permanent damage to carpet and walls. There will be no lease renewal this time.
