Good News: The only improvement has been that the garbage is being picked up and the maintenance men are trying to clean the trash area. There are some tenants who don't know how to use a garbage bag.
Remaining Bad News: The apartment complex has not provided doggie bags for almost a year. There are birds next living in the mutt mitt containers. Tenants have complained with no reply.
In addition, a tenant with a Rotweiler has been allowed to move in even though this breed is on the restricted list. If they would pick up the dog's poop, I wouldn't be complaining.
Water bills are high, because tenants are paying for the leaks that MBS won't fix. Tenants can call TCQ 512-239-6100 to have this investigated and hopefully resolved.
What was hilarious today was that the there was one landscaper on the grounds today with a lawn mower. What was he mowing--our dirt. The only area the management is watering is up by the main building. All other grass is nonexistent. A weedwacker could have taken care of what is here and the money could have been used to clean the pools.
They are still using maintenance to make ready apartments, because they are too cheap to hire professionals.
We still have no lights. So it is dark when walking. I guess they don't care about the threat of vandalism or rape for their tenants.
Save yourself the grief and don'e move here.
