The price is great. I love that I have a garage. The office was very nice to me. The size is great. I'm not sure about maintenance because everything is working. The light's are working on my building. Just drive by at night.

Don't be fooled you have just moved into a hell hole!!Nothing will ever be fixed,the office staff will change more than you change underware,even though you pay rent the company does't use that to buy supplies tp fix anything,I don't really know what they do with the money.And if there are any good comments on this page,its the office staff doing it,they know they work for a BS company too,but they don't have the nerve to quit!!

The price is right becouse everybody is moving out. My outside lights also work but dead bugs block all light. Pool is gross. Office staff are unable to get another job so they have sold their soul to mbs. Maintenance HA, are you kidding me, I've never used my second bathroom. I would encourage potential tenants to come by, possibly 3 A.M on a Saturday or Sunday, stop by pools if their not chained shut its just wonderful. If you can afford a computer you can afford to pay an extra hundred dollars and not live here(If you are totally desparate and are about to be put on the street, don't write a check till you see exact apartment your moving into).

This has to be posted from management of Villages of Deerfield. This place is awful and management, maintenance, and tenants are a nightmare. STAY AWAY FOR ANYONE WHO IS THINKING ABOUT STAYING HERE. THINK AGAIN!!!!!
