I still do not have a garage door opener, my apartment carpeting was never cleaned and the walls weren't painted. I am dumbfounded that a real tenent would post anything positive, every tenent I've met in four months hates this place. My neighbor has a two bath and doesn't even go into one becouse the condition is so bad and she can't get anyone to make repairs. The porches are falling apart and tenents are getting scarier by the day. Regardless of what a previous post said the leases can be broken quite easily. Mine expires in 2 months, I'll take this experience as a lesson learned. I thought the post with the regional managers # on it was great, theirs a person with character. I would strongly not recommend this complex to any single women or people with children. Carefully read positive post and check other mbs properties, amazing how they all sound the same.

You are so right MBS is horrible, all of the employees lie, trust no one!!They are terrible, they don't clean the apartments, paint, repair,or anything and they expect people to live like that!!I can't believe that MBS is still in business, this man needs to be sued and never allowed to buy another complex.

When it comes to MBS unfortunately the employees cannot be trusted. When it comes to how someone runs their business its up to them, in my opinion money can also be made being honest and ethical. MBS obviously must do well or they wouldn't be able to purchase so many properties. When I was told by another neighbor who was fed up and moved out that these problems are typical of all mbs properties it took about 10 minutes on my computer to show that this was true. To say the regional manager has not an ounce of character is obvious. I have found karma will get ya, it may take a while but it will, here's hoping they all get theirs. If anyone can post name and # of regional manager again I would love to give her/him a call.

good luck with that! i've found that in over 2 years of dealing with the corporate office, employees there turn over in less then 3 months. rachel is no longer with the company. as a vendor for this property, i've called at least every other day for 2 years to collect on an overdue invoice. phone calls and registered letters are answered with empty promises and lies. apparenlty the MBS employee handbook teaches one how to work without ethics, morals, and values and how to be the upmost decietful business person around. micheal smuck is mearly that...a smuck who can't pay his bills. i'd like to see a rally of tenants and vendors get together and file a class action lawsuit on this company!!
