i dread coming "home" From: fedup4real Date posted: 9/24/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response 5 photos   from the 1st day i moved in, this place was hedious. my apt wasn't ready. i had to move in 3 days after they claimed it was ready.carpet wasn't cleaned right, it needs to be replaced. filthy stains, previous owners had a dog, dog hairs still lingering. the garage smells horrible & still does cuz after a month of living here, they still haven't cleaned it. drywall is showing in the garage from the dog scratching the walls. walls obviously weren't painted or repaired. garage door broken. i'm paying on a garage that i can't park my car in cuz the motor is out on it & it won't even open manually. AC has blown out twice in a mth, and 2nd time took 5 days in 95 degree weather for them to come out. thermostat broken. ice maker broken.pics were taken at time of move in cuz i'll be damed if they stick me with the bill in fixing the massive damage throughout this place. parking is frustrating. took 2 weeks to get a mailbox key..i guess they wanted to pay my bills''' i will NEVER rent from an MBS property again. i wish i knew a lawyer so we can sue or somehow get out this yr long lease. 11 more freakin' months to go...i'm so looking fwd to moving.sometimes i think the neighbors upstairs are holding someone captive cuz there always making noises like there dragging someone across the floor. i hear every step they make, i hear when they come home, when there taking a shower, when there taking a crap. i don't wanna hear all that. The employees know me by name cuz i'm always running up to the office to inquire about my stuff being fixed or calling up there. everytime i talk to them, they keep saying "someone will be out today" or "we are waiting for the parts to come in" B.S.!
