Are you kidding me' From: jensaunders Date posted: 8/8/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Obviously these posts are being made by the staff who are the only ones who actually say this stuff. It is absolutely horrible here. My new neighbor was brought to tears recently. The new management is absolutely incompetant and the maintenance guys are WORSE. You put in a request and as per the lease, they are supposed to be out in an hour....and SOMETIMES they are, but don't ever fix your problem. I have had REALLY REALLY bad problems that were noted on my move in checklist and still are not fixed adn it has been months! The management just makes excuse after excuse. The most recent one I heard is....well of course your dishwasher doesnt clean the dishes..."you know that they are not used to actually wash, right' You have to wash before you put them in"...REALLY'''' WOW! Daish WASHER doesnt WASH....so....it is supposed to put dirt and grind and black soil all over them huh' AMAZING! DO NOT MOVE HERE....I am telling you, the model home is NOTHING like what you will get. Before you sign your lease, be sure and SEE YOUR actual apartment, test the dishwasher, the hot water, open EVERY cabinet and look for mold, smell the carpet, open the drawers, try moving the shower rod and mirror and towel racks, see if they fall off. I would spend at lease an hour in YOUR new apartment before making a committment. They wouldnt let me see mine before moving in and now I know why....of course, they said it wasn't ready....but now I know why they kept putting me off. I would have NEVER came here. You cam pay the same amount of money elsewhere for a NEW apartment with great maangement that is acocuntable and not excuse makers! Since I have been here, I have seen the mail boxes broken into regularly...first of the month, some creeps look for checks in your mail box by breaking the whole front off and there was also a break into the DROP box!!! All rent checks for July were stolen! OHHH...and there are NOT double pane windows, I am an interior designer and the traffic noise is unbearable....you cant sleep at night!
