I just moved in a month ago and im happy with my apartment. There were a few things wrong but when i told the office they took care of it and even followed up with me. I did find out the answering service people dont always give the office the messages but other than that i havent had anything like these other people.Also I know when i moved in i signed a 30day guarentee and 24hr maint. I would recommend it and the price is great for the area.
