The apartment complex pricing is very resonable and the office manager Pedro is very nice and understandable and is willing to work with residents. I had a small problem woth credit due to a bad roomate and he helped me take care of the matter. Their are small families that live here hardly and noise level concerns with teens. My only concern is the limited parking at the complex.
