I would NEVER recommend this place. The manager at Parliament Bend, Michelle, is a total IDIOT. The assistant manager isn't too quick either. They don't know ---- about what they are doing. They only know how to write bogus lease violations. And those are abundant if Michelle doesn't like you personally.
WATCH OUT! Michelle will try and wreck your otherwise perfect rental history.

As far as the lease violations that are put on your door these are simply ones that are given to me or us as a complaint in the office as well as in writing. We have to address any issuses or concerns that the resident (s) may have on the property regarding damage, making a mess or etc..... We are only following the TAA contract like anyone else would. Thank You My apologies
