Best apartments i have lived at in san antonio. The interior design is of the best quality, the tile floors, high ceilings, fixtures, thick walls and solid floors, large windows and quality appliances (lighted oven, ice maker in freezer), quality hinges on cabinet doors all make for high class living. My neighbors are responsible hard working people of all colors. The kids seem to be good, not little hood rats prowling about. Management is young and have shown signs of disorganization but that is a small trade off for what you get. There were a couple of nights of loud music coming from a car and i paged security (a sapd officer) who called right back. problem solved. Parking on my end of the complex is no problem. covered parking and garages available at a reasonable cost. one month free rent to move in and to renew lease. you cant beat this place. I am a truely HAPPY CAMPER !!

I am getting ready to move there July 4 I am running the hell away from oaks of mary "----" (Oaks of Mary Mont) due to extremely high utilities, water, electrical you name it. Unprofessional office personnel and bad bad mangement. Is Paseo Pointe anything like that, please help I don't want to go from one hell to another, but I doubt anything can be as bad as Oaks of Mary Mont. Thanks

i remain very happy here at paseo pointe. so far this is the best "all around" ive had in san antonio, 5 years and 4 complexs worth. best of luck.
