A bit expensive for san antonio but worth it because of how nice it is here and how great management (Enida) is. Also, the newer construction provided better insulation and energy efficient ac and appliances, hence lower power bill.

This place is not perfect, I could nit pic a whole buncha things but I'll focus on the great things.

I lived in 324. It had great parking choices, a view of the parking lot and northwest skyline. The windows are large, ceilings are high, floors and doors modern, bathrooms bright, roomy and upscale, newer AC and appliances. I used a garage for an extra 50 per month. The 24 hr exercise/tv/laundry room is very cool and convenient.

The pool is very well maintained and modern.

You'll want an apartment with a view of either the parking lot or the pool area and a good pair of binoc's !

The only down side is parking in some of the areas but overcome if you get a car port or garage or pick the right apt location and the small malfunctioning laundry room if you don't have your own.

If you enjoy cooking and play chef don't get the small two bedroom apt. the kitchen is too small. If you eat fast food and boxed dinners, the small two bedroom will work just fine.

You wont be disappointed at paseo pointe, it was a beautiful experience and had i not been transferred, i would still be there.
