I lived at Paseo Point in 2003. The apartment was nice, but the management is terrible. I paid extra for a covered parking spot. When I moved in, I owned a Nissan Frontier. I totalled it 2 months after I moved there and purchased a new vehicle. I went to the office and specifically asked Miguel if I needed to register my new car with the office...he said "no, you'll be fine". A few weeks later I started receiving notes on my windshield stating that I was illegally parked. I took them to the office, asked if I was parked in the correct spot, the lady said I was fine...a neighbor probably put the notices on my car. A week later a bright orange sticker was placed on my windshield stating that my car was going to be towed. I was livid. I raced to the management office and interrupted Miguel in the middle of an interview with new potential residents. I made him remove this sticker from my windshield. I was absolutely furious...it was a brand new car. When my lease was up, I was out. Didn't stay even one extra day.
