When I first moved in I liked the fact that the apartments were newer, and had a nice gym... The Buck stops there though. The equipment in the gym was always broken, the grounds were littered with dog feces and cigarette butts. They had one maintenance guy, Jackson who was great and did quality work... I don't know what happened to him'' I can only speculate based on the ugly narcissistic behavior of the manager Michelle and the other ladies in the office. There were a number of break ins, my neighbor had her rims stolen, my brother visited and his window broken out and rims stolen.

I would not suggest this complex to anyone! Try the Newport apartments across the street. Paseo Pointe is an overcharged facade. Don't waste your money.
