I lived in Paseo Pointe for a year from the Summer of 2007 to the Summer of 2008. I was impressed from the start. It was recommended to me by someone whom had previously lived in the complex. I was on the waiting list for a month before I got covered parking. Without covered parking it was tough parking near my building, but that is common for most apartment complexes. I had no noise issues. I did notice that the trash would overflow often, but it would be taken care of. I had no major maintenance issues and the problems I had were handled within a couple of days. The staff was great. It was wonderful for me. And, I too chose to live there because at the time they were fairly new.

I disagree. We have lived at Paseo Pointe since July of 2007. We have consistantly complained to managment pertaining to our extremely loud neighbors on several different occasion. This happens to be at least one a week. Within the past few months myself, along with other neighbors in the complex, has brought it to the managment attention, because kids are leaving stupids of admirations on cars. The police has had to come to the complex on numerous occasions due to break ins. Managment DID NOT send any type of notice informing the residents of the situation.

Kids are leaving stupids of admirations on cars? That does not make sense. There is no such thing as a stupid of admiration. I lived there all of 2008 and there was no such thing as a stupid of admiration. Also, management always put a flyer on our door when something happened in the complex like a break in.

I don't care if you agree with my post. I didn't ask for you to agree. I posted my review to show that I had a great experience living in Paseo Pointe. From your response, you are getting the treatment you deserve. Grow up already. If I were you I would remain anonymous too.
