I moved into Paseo Pointe apartments 3 months ago in July 2009. The staff is very professional and friendly. I had a maintenance request upon move-in, which is typical anytime you move into an apt. The maintenance was completed in a timely fashion but the maintenance person didn't clean up after themself as expected but I contacted the manager and this was immediately corrected. All maintenance since then has been performed in a satisfactory manner. The apts are well maintained, have fresh paint and upgrades, and so far the residents have also been wonderful. There was one occassion with people talking on their balcony at 3 am which did wake me (sound carries due to all the brick/stone). I politely asked them to be a little quieter. They apologized and I didn't hear another sound from them. Paseo Pointe is a pet friendly complex, I do not have pets and have had no issue with barking dogs or free running cats. All pets are currently well behaved (a couple neighbors have pets). The only issue I see with Paseo Pointe is the parking for my particular building (Building 2). The "free" parking is limited on this particular building in comparison to others. However, there is covered & garage parking available near the building but this is a fee for use feature offered by the complex ($25/mo for covered parking & $50/mo for garage parking). Also, I have used the gym equipment and have found it all to be in good working order and available when I have wanted to use it. The pool is also nice, clean and well maintained. It is not very deep but it is adequate for children to swim/plan & great for sunbathing. I would recommend this complex to friends and would definitely rent here again. This complex is less expensive and much nicer in comparison to the surrounding apartments on the same street.
